At Home Thanksgiving Workout!

Happy Thanksgiving everyone! Before indulging in your favorite stuffing recipe, a plate full of turkey, hopefully some salad & your favorite pie, take some time in the morning to complete this Thanksgiving themed workout!

Thanksgiving Day Workout

 

Directions: Perform 3 rounds of each “course” with a “Turkey Burn” cardio after the third round. 

Appetizer:

  • 15 Squats
  • 10 Push Ups
  • 15ea Side Lunges
  • TURKEY BURN: 1 minute Speed Skaters

Entree:

  • 15 Sumo Squats (Legs wide and toes pointed out)
  • 100 Mountain Climbers
  • 30 sec each Side Plank
  • TURKEY BURN: 1 min Speed Skaters + 1 min Squat Jumps

Dessert:

  • 12 Burpees
  • 15ea Alternating Backwards Lunges
  • 10ea Plank with Knee to Opposite Side Elbow
  • TURKEY BURN: 1 min Speed Skaters + 1 min Squat Jumps + 1 min High Knees
