Happy Thanksgiving everyone! Before indulging in your favorite stuffing recipe, a plate full of turkey, hopefully some salad & your favorite pie, take some time in the morning to complete this Thanksgiving themed workout!
Directions: Perform 3 rounds of each “course” with a “Turkey Burn” cardio after the third round.
- 15 Squats
- 10 Push Ups
- 15ea Side Lunges
- TURKEY BURN: 1 minute Speed Skaters
- 15 Sumo Squats (Legs wide and toes pointed out)
- 100 Mountain Climbers
- 30 sec each Side Plank
- TURKEY BURN: 1 min Speed Skaters + 1 min Squat Jumps
- 12 Burpees
- 15ea Alternating Backwards Lunges
- 10ea Plank with Knee to Opposite Side Elbow
- TURKEY BURN: 1 min Speed Skaters + 1 min Squat Jumps + 1 min High Knees
