A Winter Interval Workout

Give this workout a try while it is storming outside this week – Do 45sec of each exercise, 15sec rest in between; 5 rounds

  1. Alternating Forward Lunges  (hold dumbbells or something heavy at chest if available)
  2. Plank Knee to Opposite Side Elbow – plank on hands, bring knee to the opp. side elbow then alternate sides
  3. Alternating Side Lunges (hold dumbbells or something heavy at chest if available)
  4. Box Jumps
  5. Overhead Press Matrix  – Dumbbells in hand, alternate pressing arms up and forwards, up and to the side, and then up and reach around/across. **If dumbells are not available then do down dog push ups like we did last week; try doing it with a single leg 🙂
